訪問IFBB PRO POSING王Ruff Disel〡分享posing心得

呢兩年嚟我地響IFBB職業賽Classic Physique嘅場上總會見到一個擺Posing rountine擺到好似跳舞咁優美嘅人，盡顯黃金時代嘅形像姿勢，近日佢受Team Machine Leader Brian au邀請來到香港搞左個小型嘅研討會去同香港嘅健美運動員作出分享，所以今次小弟有幸近距離進行訪問，希望日後Brian能夠繼續成功邀請外地職業選手與本地運動員進行交流，提升本地健美界質素!!!!
